The food was simply delicious. Every one contributed to the pot luck extravaganza. We dined on fresh green salads, sun ripened fruit salads, potato and chicken pasta salads, Boston baked beans, honey baked ham, lasagnas of 3 different blends, a wide variety of spiced chicken wings, meatballs made from a secret family and more. Wayne and Jamie also hosted a complete drink bar of soft drinks, ice tea, water, wine and bear in addition to a party appetizer center. Then for dessert there was your choice of 2 different home made chocolate cakes or a cream cheese topped carrot cake. There was whip cream to top you selection. Of course no authentic Irish party would be without the option of a good cup of Irish coffee to finish off the evening.
