Time has a way of changing things and yet at the same time freezes memories that we charish. Here is a photo of downtown Westport before 1900. The center landmark still marks the center of town. The shops and homes are now brightly painted, the roads are paved and visitors walk the streets being more like friends than strangers.
Wayne and I had the joy of back-to-back summers in Westport. It was no wonder that this little town capture the hart of our cousin Delia.
